It is NOT a painting, it is an illustration on a poster advertising the awful movie version of the Broadway Musical "Les Miserables", which was based on the far more interesting book by Victor Hugo... The artwork may have been done by Geraldine Potron, but I am not sure...

According to the dictionary (you know, those books in which you can find the meaning, the pronunciation and the SPELLING of the words in a language), "production" means "a work of art or literature". Therefore, your piece of art IS a production.
(Stop finding excuses for your atrocious spelling, orthography and grammar; a real artist respects all forms of arts, and writing is one of them.)

You produced it didn't you? Hence it is a production.
I am a sculptor and I call some of my works productions. It depends on how complex it is. Sometimes I feel too guilty to call it a production. It was too easy.

well, in a way, it's your piece, it's up to you what you call it. most of the time a piece of immovable art is not called a production. productions usually involve movement of some kind (dance, theater), but if you want to call it a production, go ahead. even better if you have a reason. it could be a hit.

Well, people who make beats in Hiphop/Rap/RnB are called producers, so I see no reason why it can't be called your production.
