Can a tanning salon have HOME tanning beds in there salon? Or are they required to have commercial beds?

And if they are REQUIRED to have COMMERCIAL beds, how come? and what are the differences in the two? Please no smartass answers about how tanning beds give you cancer...I am just wanting to know the difference in the two beds....Thanks!!
