Antediluvian is the word that refers to the period before the Great Flood mentioned in the Bible.
Spartan means practising self-denial (e.g. in diet, way of life) or resolute when facing adversity, pain, etc. From this, it would seem that antediluvian is not the antonym of spartan.

Antediluvian means "before the flood," meaning the period of time before the great flood of Noah. It's covered by Book 5 and 6 of Genesis.
The term is also used in general to mean a period of time long ago.
