i haven't lately, but in high school a group of us would do "free ballin fridays" it was a football player/field hockey thing. also, we had "dirt bag thursdays" thats when we didn't really dress for school just like gym clothes or pj's and underpants were optional that day as well!

Frequently. It's not a big deal., feels and looks great, and as long as you maintain a scrupulously high level of personal hygiene poses no problems with infections or anything else.
