I'm looking for a techno song that was popular in the late 90s...I'll describe it since there aren't any actual lyrics...it's basically a chorus (sounds like all men) that say "o" in various pitches while a synthetic noise is playing the same melody in the background...and of course, as found in most techno...it just continues to repeat...

All i can think of is "boys will be boys -backstreet boys"
it's not techno but danceish and it says o alot in diff pitches.try that otherwise i don't know.
