look at the rollovers.. i dont understand why it appears all fuzzy.. it looks fine when its opened in photoshop and image ready.. but when i preview it.. thats what i see..

Because when the image files are exported for web they are being sliced up and compressed so the site is a reasonable size to download. If you maintained the full image quality you have in Photoshop, the images on your web page would take minutes to download. If you don't understand how to deal with this kind of issue and resolve it, then you have some more learning to do before you make your own site.

You need to crop some images, build it so it has a resolution most people use, Set up the page so text is not affected by images.
Pay attension to justification, centered, to left ect.

If you put a background and set it tile, then you will see the margins when you preview it, then build to fit the preview then remove the background.

Do a preview everystep to see how it effects the real browser view.

It's scaled down. Click on it and it will look regular.
