I'm assuming when you say leave it in you're talking about you're partners penis after he has ejaculated. First of all you need to see you're doctor to see just where you're IUD went. Although uncommon they can sometimes make there way into the uterus or even Fallopian tubes. If it has fallen out and you don't wish to get another one. I would look into other forms of birth control like the pill or shot. But if you are just wondering whats best until you get into the Doctor. I would use a condom the pull out method has a very high failure rate.

I work in ob/gyn its is no tips. But I can tell you this you only get pregnant when you ovulate stay away from that 72 hour window each month and you should be OK However I would get the mirena check. With an IUD you should feel the string that's why you doctor tells you how to check for it yourself

Assuming you’re married or with the one guy.
then may-be see if the doctor can give you like the birth control pill or something similar, so you don't have to use rubbers, but as everyone else has said if you are having sex with different men or don't know their past or aren't sure if they having sex with other people keep using the rubbers! Stay SAFE!

I wouldn't recommend or condone unprotected sex, but if you want a way to avoid pregnancy without hormonal birth control there are other options. Have you ever tried natural planning? It is a way in which you can plan when it's less likely for you to conceive. The link will explain it better. I hope it helps!

Bad move!!! You are taking so many chances, I can't believe you're not afraid of catching everything under the sun!! PLEASE for your sake & the sake of your partners RETHINK your statement & quickly change your mind. For every person you are with sexually, you've been with 10 people they were with, 10 people they were with & on & on & on. Getting pregnant is just ONE of the problems, there are so many others you couldn't believe it. Don't go that route & take any kind of a chance period! You'll never regret it.

is this man your husband? or just a random guy? If you want to leave it in and not get pregnant the man needs to have a vasectomy. or you could use spermicide but that won't absolutely keep you from getting pregnant.
I'm definately gonna pray for you*
