I have a router but its not working a nobody speaks darn english on the other side of the phone.. I'm about to pay someone to talk spanish.

Some or perhaps most states have a Consumer Advocate Department in the office of their state's Attorney General. Try there.

Good Luck. I to am heartily sick of calling about a product and getting answered by someone who speaks English as a second language, and I can barely understand their accent.
