This is in place of divorce.Like a mandate amount to have sexual relations?Is the fee the same?

I assume sexless after the births? Yes. I have a friend who hasn't had any in 3 YEARS. If my spouse didn't want to make love then I would have to assume she's secretly connected with a convent or she's getting into some afternoon delight elsewhere.

Well obviously the children belong to either the man or the woman from a previous marriage or relationship, so that would really have no bearing on an annulment or divorce.
If the children were adopted by both the man and woman I am sure there will be a few complications if neither sides can agree.

You usually can annul a marriage if a deception was made by either party or if the marriage was never consummated. Intercourse with the husband ejaculating.

If it were a sexless marriage, there would be no kids. DUH!!!! You can get an annulment if you have grounds. Was your spouse or yourself legally married to someone else when you got married? Are you married to a sibling, cousin or other close relative? Were either of you forced into the marriage? If not to any of these, better file for divorce.

You can only annul the marraige if there was no consumation...ie. ..no sex or the marriage was void to begin with...ie...bigamous or incest relationship....If you have kids together...you have to go through a divorce.

In most places, if neither party contests the divorce and you can agree to everything, you can get one pretty cheap or even do it yourself.
