Yes you can. All you have to do is go to that nation's Embassy and ask for a form to transfer your citizenship.

You'll probably have to take a test, though. I know you have to take one to become a citizen of the United States. And it'll probably be better if you have a spotless background.

If you are living in another country and want to become a citizen, you would probably have to take a citizenship test....I have a relative who moved to Canada and after YEARS, became a citizen there. You'd have to probably go to the government agency in the country you want to become a citizen that handles citizenship matters and take classes so that you would know something about the country and then take the citizenship test. Keep in mind that as a citizen of a different country, you automatically become eligible for all the laws that govern your "new country" including selective service laws (some countries have MANDATORY MILITARY RULES for men AND women), also you would have to abide by customs and traditions of your "adopted country"... for example, if you become a citizen of an Arab country, you would be subjected to wear the traditional garb of that country...

some country have , no problem with citizenship's , but there is years of waiting then you can go to your forgone affair departments , ask to give up the one that you don't like but !! , it may not allow you to stay the courtly that you apply to stay

All countries control who can obtain citizenship and how to go about it. Different countries have different rules.
