The dyes that color the Skittles appear (ahem) to be indigestible, hence the many-hued poo. Some supermarket frosted cookies and cake icings have this effect too--If you were in an experimental frame of mind, you might try combinations of these munchies to see what blends you could come up (excuse me) out with!
