Cricket Vs Terrorism..!!! We couldn't even watch the match because of the power cut....?

In Sri Lanka we had a power cut on final match's nite... because LTTE attacked to Colombo..... all our houses got shivered... because of attacking flights....
Why they chose to attack to Colombo on Final Day???
Actually i think our players also got the news at the same moment...
they played the match with a pressure because of the raining condition ...
I need Your view about this as a good cricket fan...!!

as cricket fans No One gonna think about a cricket match when there is a war out there... Specially a war for their motherland....

I believe that Australia is fighting unit and would have not beaten Srilanka over 50 overs.But having the final reduced to 38 overs and then played in the dark was a Joke.

Both teams should be given a fair opportunity. I ask the Sri Lankan supporters who have been so outspoken in their dispair of Australian supporters (only gentemen-not some good 4 nothing hooligans) not to blame Ausies for this farce.

Instead Blame the ICC who seem to make up rules as they go along. Personally I would have liked to see the match moved to Sunday so that we could have a real game of cricket and not the joke that ensued.

The LTTE didnt pick that day of the Finals as an easy target, its just it occured on that day, and dont blame the Tigers cause the power was cut, go complain to the Electricity Board about it, cause LTTE didnt attack the Power Lines, and it was the Srilankan Government's call to CUT power throughout COLOMBO.

I do not think that LTTE attack in Colombo had made any impact on the performance of Sri Lankan Team in the final. Even before the attack took place, Sri Lanka l0ost control of the game as their bowlers failed miserably to contain the opening pairs of Australia and allowed Australia to post an imposing total.

LTTE didnt bomb civilians. just fuel tanks. and it was sri lanka's decision to cut the power supply so they can attack the LTTE in the night since they have night vision, so it would be easier. the government didnt have to cut the power, but they did because they wanted to attack back. screw the singhala government!! they're a bunch of dogs who shud all rot in hell!!! The Ltte even gave an assurance that they would not carry out any attack on the cricket finals day BUT the srilankan airforce carried out an air attack in order to try kill the Ltte leaders who were supposed to have been watching the cricket world cup
