There are new designer drugs out there that aren't tested for, but that is another question. Barry Bonds is a great hitter, bottom line. I think that the use of roids has lengthened his career considerably though. If Barry Bonds gets into the Hall of Fame the Pete Rose better too.

Barry is a special breed his Dad was a good ballplayer. He played for the Cardinals for a couple years.I believe Bobby used to hold the record for lead-off HR's at one time.BB grew up around the ML scene so it just natural to pick up things that the pros did.The record he is about to break is a great thing for baseball.I guess I need to address the roids issue,my view on that is they were all doing them 70-80% at least
Barry is just the greatest HR hitter of all time, well he soon will be

He is the best because he rarely goes out of the zone to swing at a pitch. So for the guy that says he gets meatballs. tell your favorite wanna be's like mcgwire, sosa, arod, pujols, and any other name you want to throw in there........that if they would learn some discipline and the strike zone they to could hit strikes and not chase everything trying to be a hero. Barry has 58 at bats this year and has been on 62 times...........lol Alright alright that is a little exagerated but i hope point is well taken. Go Barry go and good luck on the double 8. 8th mvp and 800 homers!!!!

cuz some players just have that talent. Now I'm not saying that he hasn't or has been on drugs before. I'm not sure either way but yeah like you said with the new drug testing policy, how could he be on steroids? I think he is just that good. Some players are. Albert Pujols, David Ortiz, Ryan Howard....... (need I say more?) How come they don't get blamed for doing steroids. Each one of them hit something like 49, 54,58 hrs last year. I mean they're not as old, but my point is some players are just that good. End of story!
BTW.....GO BARRY BONDS AND THE SF GIANTS!

he did steroids in the past
How do all of a sudden go one year and hit 70 home runs? Too suspicious
I hate saying this but the bastard will probably make the Hall of Fame some day. God forbid he even deserves it for being such an asshole.

He has always been f***ing good. Yes he did roids and if you don't think sot your a fool. That inflated him to the 73 HRs. He may be doing HGH now as it is undetectable, but I doubt it. He has always been a great hitter, works the count, doesn't swing at Garbage, etc.
