What kind of herbs? If you're talking about medicinal herbs, many are sold in regular stores next to vitamins and supplements (or as supplements). Also, check your health food stores, GNC, and such. Ask a pharmacist (or tech) at Wal-Greens.
If that's not what you're talking about, then I have no clue.

the best place i have found is a local asian/pakistani supermarket. there durt cheap!!
if you want to grow your own from seed go to http://www.nickys-nursery.co.uk/
tesco and big supermarkets have them to. (but it's a waste of time buying from hear as you will end up getting hundreds of things you dont even need in the process of hunting down what you need)

We get them at the nursery. We keep the one's, We use most often, in small pot's, in the kitchen window.
