im in grade 8 (14 years old) im 6'0 1/2 since my bday jan. 25 i was 5'11 1 week ago i was 6'0 and now im 1/2 taller... am i in the middle of a growth spurt?

usually when your growing your bones and joints ache specially at night and you look thinner or rather your hips and waist are smaller but you still are eating as usual. And oh yeah if your 14 and 6'1/2 " tall the Knicks should be pounding on your door. HAHA

you're a pretty tall guy. i'd be willing to bet it's a growth spurt especially if you have any joint pain and/or are very hungry lately.

If you have pubic hair and hair growing under your arms and on your legs - chances are good that you are growing.

sure sounds like it. i could always tell when my kids were growing......they'd eat like horses and sleep all the time.
