Could be rapid cycling Bipolar but that's pretty rare and even that doesn' change multiple times in a day... look up Boprderline Personality Disorder and see if some of the other symptoms fit.... it is similar to Bipolar but has much mroe anger.irritability and the moods change many times in a day and usually only last for minutes or hours.... sometimes a day or so.... It also includes reckless behavior, drug use, eating disorders, and often but not always self harm..... Borderline is very very difficult on both family and romantic relationships.

Being an adolescent is so difficult. You have strong feelings about everything. That's where the confusion comes in. You need to try to prioritize what you're thinking about. "How important is this anyway?" "In the great scheme of things, does this matter?" The mood swings and the feeling that everything is important might be one of the reasons why adults many times to not pay attention to what you're saying. It is not possible for everything to be important. You need to pick and choose what you're going to pitch a fit about and you'll get more results. If it seems to get worse, then you should talk to someone about it.

First of all, calm down. Now, have you had PMS yet? that may be the cause. Talk to a trusted adult about this too. They can help you. Also, go to your family doctor and ask if they can give some medical advice. My advice, get some help and some rest. If it gets worse, you need to take prescribed medication, and it should then clear up.

Your hormones are just out of control and will be for a few more years.
What got me through it was that a school counselor told me to stop every so often and ask "is this me or the chemicals?"
It's tough, but when you're down just remind yourself "It'll pass soon."
I wish there was an easy way, but I never heard of one.
Good luck, and trust me, it will get easier.

How do you know it's not bipolar disorder? I was bipolar and now I feel much better, you should seek professional help and take it seriously. You may really end up committing suicide...

you should go to see a doctor and take some medication if your mood is too extreme, but it should be normal because you are a teenager, dont worry, you can also try to remind yourself that you have to control your mood, oh and you should see a psycology, you may be bipolar

Are you sure you are not bi-polar? If you are thinking about suicide that is pretty extreme. Medication might help. Until then always remember what is good in your life. Feed your brain M & Ms not rabbit poop. It couldn't hurt
