I am 37.6 weeks pregnant. I of course am completely wore out and am tired all the time.
I have always been a very good housekeeper and right now, I am stressing because even though I look around and see things that need to be done, like my dishes or something, I just dont feel like doing them. I am pooped.
I worry that after I have my son, will I continue to be lazy like this?
Has anyone else experienced this? Did u get your energy back and begin to take care of your house again or did u turn into a slob?
I honestly feel like a slob right now. Its depressing and I am stressing out that I will be like this forever.
Will I?

Yes, I experienced the same thing. It was with my third child and it kept going after she was born. I wanted to sleep all the time, I was so tired. Once baby is born make sure you have a good balance in your life with alone time for you. Going out of the house time. These things perk you up and give you the energy you need to get through each day. Sitting at home can sometimes get depressing. Exercise picks up your energy as well. Eat well. Too much sugar at first may give you energy but it falls quickly and you are left dragging your butt.
So yes, it may continue after baby is here, but not forever. You'll get back to your regular self and sometimes having the baby gives you the energy you need.

Your energy will return after the baby is born. The last weeks are the hardest. You`ll be back to normal in about 4 weeks, but your house will continue to be a constant struggle now that you have a child.

don't stress.do what you can and get rest.Once the baby comes it will probably your house will seem dirty but get rest and enjoy so time with your child.I did the same thing however I didn't rest and I developed a problem where even dust would upset or something out of place would piss me off however it has been two years and I have finally learn to sit back and take a break and let those dishes sit for a little while, they be there when your ready to clean them.

There's nothing to stress about. Reality is that with a new baby and then a growing toddler, your house will probably never be perfect again. You will get your energy back, but after a while, it's pointless to run around cleaning up after your wild child.

it is normal........after the baby is born you will feel better, that is, if he does not cry that much.
