Class is mostly British and Indian(caste) paranoia to be better than you. There's no such thing as class, if you are lucky enough and born in a good environment even trash and stupid you may be called Sir and duck...etc but if not lucky enough and you are Jesus with an Einstein brain you will be called lower class, working class and all that man made bulloni. I am middle class according to my parents' salary range. But since we are in a lot of debt we would fall under lower middle, I guess.
