Murder One, it was the first TV drama that followed a single story line for an entire season (early to mid 90's on ABC). Many of the new shows on TV today (LOST, Prison Break, 24, etc.) owe a lot to this excellent legal drama. Jason Gedrick was one of its stars. Anthony LaPaligia (currently on Without a Trace) joined the show in its second season.

Mystery Science Theater 3000. Eleven years just wasn't enough.
Oh, and Monty Python's Flying Circus.

Dark Angel mainly since it only had two seasons and they left the show kind of hanging. (However, I LOVED Buffy The Vampire Slayer and hated seeing it go even after 7 great seasons.)

Angel! I'd like to say Buffy, but when I'm honest with myself, I realize it was really over. So yeah, Angel.
I could also say Millennium. It could have been the next X-Files, but no one would agree on anything. :-(
