Hello! Wow.. that's one interesting cat to get into my apartment building and get up all three flights of steps and at my door. Well, unfortunately I wouldn't know what to give the critter. Oh! I've got some tuna just waiting for your cat. So my offering'd be a nice can of yummy tuna... which is right up your cat's alley. Come and get it!

I'd Feed him then go around the neighborhood to see if it's anyones cat if not i would call an animal place or something that would help find it's owner. :)

ALLERGIC to cats -- Animal Control would definitely be called to capture and remove that animal for sure!
