Just because a woman wears a mini skirt, doesn't make her trashy (her character does). Some girls like to show off their beautiful legs, and I for one salute them!

No - the personality of the woman wearing them makes the clothes - not the other way around. You could buy the most elegant blouse around but if you don't wear a bra - that decision by the woman makes the outfit trashy

Maybe the clothing isn't trashy, but, the thoughts it may provoke after seeing one on a beautiful lady, those thoughts may be considered "trashy" or merely provocative. ( one man's eye candy can be another man's sin ):{-
