I'm not really in either camp. Some of the official facts seem OK, some seem to be wrong. All I would say is this: I've looked at quite a few of the sites that try to refute the 9/11 conspiracy theories. They actually made me believe the conspiracy theories more. I found the sites listed by some people here were logically flawed. The 9/11 conspiracy theorists almost always present a series of cumulative facts to prove the official story is wrong. Each item is taken individually and together they build a picture. The type of sites you've requested usually ignore the main conspiracy theory issues and take just a few of the weaker conspiracy arguments. By cherry picking a few items and showing a possible problem, they try to write off the whole series of conspiracy issues. You can't take the weaker 5% of the conspiracy theory and suggest the other 95% becomes invalid if the 5% does. Also, conspiracy theorists do not offer a Sherlock Holmes type of alternative version. If it was a legal trial and the official story was the prosecution against 19 Muslims and bin Laden, then the conspiracy theories are what a Defence Lawyer would present to destroy the prosecution. Most people seem to expect the conspiracy theorists to present a fully packaged alternative explanation. The Pentagon theory of no Boeing 757 hitting the building, will usually get the response "So where are the people and where did the luggage go then?" Do you need to present people and luggage if you're suggesting there's no plane? Some of the sites refuting 9/11 theories are just wrong. I've found some to totally mislead people on certain pieces of evidence, such as previous cases of fires melting Plane fuselage etc. Others are just abusive and assume calling someone a 'Liberal' or a 'Idiot' is enough to invalidate all their research and facts. Good luck....

of course their is a conspiracy i was in kandahar with, the whole 3rd infantry div plus 82nd airborne were there in july 2001, then their were mass movements of other rapid deployment post , trust me the marines were the last to come over but i say that to say this the powers that be already knew it was gonna go down so you had to start moving troops early.
it takes along time to deploy 300,000 soldiers under a whole country's eyes. now about the movie loose change it ask questions i didnt even think about till i saw it but i always wondered how those buildings came down so fast and so straight , but the most compelling thing to me was the crash sites, where is the debris ? and one more thing as a nco in the u.s. army i know for a fact their will never be a war or major terrorist act on us soil to that magnitude atleast so if a terrorist or plural could concoct this scheme why not do it when the trade center towers were full ?
maybe because 3000 deaths is an acceptible number in someones eyes, where as 40 to 50 thousand would have been a catastrophe, and please if you read this dont give me any patriotic flack over my comment i am as patriotic as one could be , but too i am not dumb, however if you think terrorist can fly a huge plane at 450 miles per hour into 2 buildings then you might be a little aloof cause that by no means is a easy task , go ask a pilot.

It could be ;
Every thing is possible.
Look at the result ...... invading Iraq , which got nothing to do with the 9/11.
Poor Iraqies innocents ; children and the soil, the ancient buildings ; The cries of the elderlies .
I can't believe , somebody can be so cruel for doing it to innocent civilians .
If it is really for 9/11 ; do a good homework and investigation first , I am sure US intelligent can do it proper.
Want to help the Iraqies from Saddam ? Then , try to kidnapp him, don't send troops and bombing the country.
It is almost like , neighbourhood, hear quarelling next door, police came .... bomb the house which mean killing all the lives there.
It is really out of my logic.
So, I am not surprise if somebody think it is a conspiracy.

I hope you realize LooseChange was made by couple of kids who never had direct involvement in actual 9/11 investigation. They looked around internet like you did and made a video highlight.
Also consider past conspiracy theories...
Pearl Harbor, another gov inaction theory.
JFK, insider assasination job theory.
Okalahoma, also demolition cover up theory.
Katrina, levy demolition theory.
And many many more.
It's common to see conspiracy theories follow events like 9/11 or other big events. It's interesting pschology, but they don't impress me anymore than claims about weight loss pills or get rich quick kits.

And just what makes them not credible. Because the Republican party told you they are not credible. If Fahrenheit 911 were shown every day on cable somewhere like these crappy sitcoms, Ashcroft, Powell, Rumsfeld and Bush would all be in prison by now. What part of deceit and fabricating evidence eluded you. What part of price gouging and theft fails to register with you. Why have so many American soldiers and Iraqi natives lost their lives. What reason. To remove the Taliban from Afghanistan or to remove Saddam Hussein from power. I believe we have been told that both of those objectives have been reached. Why does he insist on keeping troops in a country that no longer needs or wants them there. Granted, if the pull out started today it would just be another reason to raise the price of gas another dollar or two. Just keep your head in the sand and keep going to vote for these people who have done nothing for you except to make you have less money since they came into power. And in the process made theirself more money than most of us will ever see. And that is all Politicians. The reason that this has been allowed to happen is because everyone was taking their dividends to the bank. And caused the premature death of American troops for a war that has absolutely nothing to do with protecting our border or preserving our way of life.

At the very least 9/11 is a cover up, but Loose Change is fulla holes. I really hope they clean that movie up by the time it comes out in theatres, because if they don't, it's just going to be another Farenhiet 9/11 (whitewash).
There are many many other movies, multimedia and documentation that destroy the original story. There is almost too much evidence for anyone to wade through. It's all about separating the real info from the dis-info.
Here's a hint: follow the money trail and ask yourself, who stood to gain?

Absolutely! There is not a shred of doubt in my mind! And for the record, for those of you who keep insisting that we are all the same person, with multiple accounts....we are absolutely and positively not the same person! There are actually more than a few of us, who believe this. But , if some of you find it somehow comforting to believe that any of us who don't buy the official story of 911, and believe in a conspiracy of some kind, have to be, all the same person, then I guess that you would still believe that even if all of us showed up at your house at the same time. *sm*
