its not like a blacksmith or anything. it might sound weird to you but my brother read this book and this person carved bone weapons. -_- i don't know if its true or whether he was even thinking about aswering me when i asked if he was sure.

Indigenous? Inuit? Believe that indigenous peoples carved bone weapons..possibly someone is doing it today as a sort of creative re-enactment?

Yes, Long time people use to do this and was called bone carvers and had nothing much to carves, I wounder if anyone still does that now. I think it started sometimes in 13th hundreds
