I think it's stupid, mostly because of the spelling. If you're going to get creative with the orginal name, at least do it in a manner that looks better and spells easier. That is unless you want the kid growing up and nobody spelling his name right.
Braden, Brayden, Braydon. I just think the name sounds kind'a feminin too, but if that's what you want it's your kid! It might be a girl for all I know.

I think that every person who reads the name would pronounce it differently. Is it pronounced "Breedon" or "Bradon"? He will later in life ask you why you didn't just spell it like it sounds.
