I have thousands of tiny bugs on the out side of my house. They are smaller than a pin head, dark body, red head and legs. To small to really see anything else. If you know anything about these please help

spider mites (use rubbing alcohol) or chiggers (use nail polish).
mites get on plants. chiggers get on you.

Could also be a bug known as Thryps. This isn't their full name. They like alot of moisture. If you have humid conditions and possibly bushes around your house, could be Thryps.

You can go on line and get a close up look and some more descriptions etc.

They sound like plant mites to me. Since you didn't say if you have a lot of foliage there I can't really say. Check on an entomology site to identify them, and then either contact a pest removal company, or the sites may give you some idea of how to eradicate them.

i used to stay in southern California too and now stay in Texas you're accurate about no longer having insects in California yet ii might want to extremely take care of a few insects then the site visitors in southern California I even don't have any malicious program difficulty we spray each and each and every of the time in and out that retains each and every element on the neighbor section so get an exterminating agency and enable them do there artwork after that you will be ok no till you want to flow to the north pole

Sounds like Aphids. What plants do you have around that side of the house? I would think something as simple as Raid would be an easy solution...

go get a bunch of lady bugs and let them loose on the other bugs. they will have a field day.
