So, I have this like, celulitis type thing on my boob. I had one last year and had to get it removed and an IV and all that good stuff...and this year, I have one again. So, my question is...1.) I really don't want to go to the hospital to get rid of it, can I do it myself? and 2.) why the hell does it keep coming back?? Any ideas?

Cellulitis is an inflammation of the connective tissue underlying the skin, that can be caused by a bacterial infection. If it's an infection, you need to go see your doc & get some antibiotics to treat it, it doesn't go away by itself & can be quite dangerous.
Are you sure it's cellulitis? I wouldn't remove anything from your breast.
Predisposing conditions for cellulitis include insect bite, animal bite, pruritic skin rash, recent surgery, athlete's foot, dry skin, eczema, burns & boils, though there is debate as to whether minor foot lesions contribute.

You really should see your doctor, eventhough you don't want to have it removed once again, it's best to follow your doctors orders, don't try and treat yourself or remove it yourself, you could cause an infection and a deep scar on your breast, now is that what you want??. You can read up on celulitis on google, there is usfull info about how it occures and what will happen if left untreated, worth a look.

DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE THIS YOURSELF!
You risk possibly spreading an infection, or creating one by not using sterile technique and the proper antibiotic. You need to have this evaluated by a physician.
Without knowing the true cause of this ..thing.. it is impossible to say wether this is a recurrance caused by an infection that never cleared or something else. Have this evaluated by a professional!

You may have cancer and if you don't get it treated, something REALLY bad might happen (if ya know what I mean) So ask the Doctor if it is something really serious then just get it taken care of. And IV and getting it removed (even if it means lots of pain) it is better than something like dieing isn't it?

cellulitis is an infection...you likely don't have that. Are you talking about a skin tag or a mole or what? I'm sure the 1st one was biopsied- was it benign? I would go to the dermatologists office.

You should go see a doctor, someone professional. This could be mighty serious. Have it checked out, and when they remove it, have it sent off to be checked for cancer.

i dont think you can get rid of it yoiurself. id ask you dr about it. i know you dont want to go through that again. i had this little lump right above my stomach and i tried to get rid of it myself. now i have a nasty scar and its still there. id just get it checked out. they know what they are doing. usually

I think you NEED to have it looked at. You need to talk to you GYN and they need to know that this is not the first one. They may also be able to tell you why it's coming back. I wouldn't mess around with this.

dont mess with your health.. dont touch it and go back to the doctor.. only she knows your condition and your case. and she is the only one that could tell u why its coming back..
