-4/-4e=28/-4

-4(-7)-9=19
28-9=19

-4e -9 +9=19+9 -4e=28 all divided by -4 e=-7

I'm assuming "e" is a variable here and not the number e.
Original:
-4e-9=19
Add 9:
-4e=28
Divide by -4 (Positive/Negative=Negative):
e=-7

cmon this is too easy, you isolate e
-4e-9=19 add 9 to both sides
-4e=19+9
-4e=28, divide each side by -4
e=28/-4
e=-7
