This Alien Conspiracy stuff? I think it's possible that Aliens have been on this planet, but governments having Alien DNA and Technology is very unlikely indeed.

The trouble is that we want to believe in them, so when we look up into the sky and see something we don't understand, it's got to be an Alien ship.

I think they have been here though and walked amongst us at least once.

There was a tribe that described aliens living with them for 15 months or so, they knew what part of the sky they came from and described 2 stars spinning around themselves with a precise period of revolution. Telescopes were not strong enough then to confirm or deny, but years later the period of revolution was confirmed to be exact. You just can't make this stuff up and deserves better scrutiny.

We should leave governments alone to sort out our own bigger problems.

I have heard of it here on Answers but nowhere else. It is hogwash. They want the government to give up secrets it doesn't have. Kind of like the red guards tearing up the houses of rich people because Mao said such people had gold bars hidden in the walls. Lots of houses were destroyed, and no gold was ever found. So with the disclosure project. Nothing will be disclosed because there is nothing to disclose. It is just more conspiracy theory weirdos.

Like all good myths, there is just enough credibility in it to raise a bit of suspicion that just maybe its true. Does that make it true? Nope. Does it offer any evidence that is both relevant and verifiable? Nope. Should we spend a lot of our time on it? Nope.
