Prince Akeem: Oh sir, the Giants of New York took on the Packers of Green Bay. And in the end, the Giants triumphed by kicking an oblong ball made of pigskin through a big "H". It was a most ripping victory.

Cleo McDowell: If you want to keep working here, stay off the drugs.

Oh, great movie! The best scene definitely has to be the dating scene where Akeem and Semmi are interviewing prospective queens, or any scene with Arsenio as Rev. Brown.

The very moment her dad realises Eddie is a Prince, whenever the King & Queen arrive. Follow that with the dad taking up for his 'little girl' against the King and by doing so, wins the K & Q's respect. Oh and when the resturant is robbed by Samuel L Jackson...LOL!

I like the scene where Akeem takes all of Semi's money and while he and Lisa are walking, he gives the money to the bums, Don Ameche and Ralph Bellamy, and they say,
" We're back!" In reference to the movie Trading Places.

The club scene where they come across the buxom lady who simply says,"I'm into the group thing". And then it cuts to a smiling Eddie and a frowning Arsenio, who instantly trade expressions.

The commercial for Soul Glo. And when they get up from the couch and there are three spots of jerry curl juice on the sofa from their hair!lol. This movie had so many great scenes.
