Trading out of the first round and then selecting a QB and a DE in the 2nd round, the positions on the BOTTOM of their needs spot?

Ab is not im the bottem of thier needs spot, Donovin is never not injured, so they need a back up and they lost Jeff Garcia. I agree at DE though, they are stacked on the D line. They should have gotten a wide receiver.

We around Philly often wonder about the CIA....oops, the Eagles and their thinking when it comes to player personnel moves. But for me, this one makes sense. I think the world of D-Mac and he still has plenty of game left. The fact is he's not immortal and the injuries are not only adding up, but are happening more frequently. Injuries to #5 notwithstanding, at his age they should be grooming the next starter for long term success.
As for the other positions, I agree they need help in the secondary more than anything but they will get addressed.

I don't know... I totally agree. For crying out loud, and you know who they give the pick to? THE COWBOYS?? I mean come on. When Anthony Spencer sacks donavan this year, I will just laugh because it was a silly mistake by the front office. but then they give 4th pick in the second round right?? What do they do?? KEVIN KOLB?? We have A.J. Feely and Kelly Holcomb! Come on. I would have been totally happen with a wide receiver.
