I'm 15 years old and I think I might have PMDD. I've looked at a bunch of websites dealing with it and I have many of the symptoms, though my mom thinks that it's a big piece of crap and I don't have anything wrong with me. How can I convince my mom to at least make sure with the doctor?

Bring it up yourself, you are old enough to talk for yourself and you are old enough to go to the planned parenthood in your town so you can with out her if you dont even think she would bring you.

I have a severe case of PMDD, was diagnosed almost 4 years ago. You could very well have it at your age, if you DO, then please, get treatment as soon as you can.

PMDD is not a bunch of crap, trust me. It's a nightmare.

Hmmm, tell her you want to be checked by a professional even if he or she will tell you she is right and you are ok, but it is better safe than sorry, huh?

Or if it does not work, go by yourself and ask her for the money to pay the consult.

Sounds like a severe case of PMS. Just get you some midol...it should help.

NEVER believe the online doctors. they could tell you that you have some freakish disease even if you just have the common cold. if its really bothering you, you can always go to your doctor and just ask.
