my right ankle is swollen and hurts to walk on it it also hurts when i am not walking on it whats wrong please help

Do you have weight problem?no
Are you on any kind of medication?no
Why do you think, it's coming from standing on your feet?my breaks are sort 10 mintine break morning , lunch 30 mintues
Did this happen over time?ya
Is the ankle sore & swollen on both sides?ya
Is there any edema?ya

Did you fall recently, it sounds like you sprained it.
Physical examination
Noting bruising, swelling, deformity, tenderness and reduced range of movement of ankle
Look for nail changes that suggest psoriasis
If swelling is due to edema, is it pitting (skin is indented when pressure is applied) or non-pitting - can assist in determining cause of edema
If swelling is due to edema, examine for signs of possible causes - e.g. congestive cardiac failure, liver cirrhosis, nephritic syndrome, deep venous thrombosis, hypothyroidism and varicose veins
I would make an apt. with your doc., it would be difficult to diagnose your symptoms without being seen.
