Im nice person and freandly . but when i get mad or piss i get out of control i start trowing stuff puch the wall, but i dont hurt do body fisical i just start yelling.

This is a common problem in our stressful society, so don't feel so bad.

The most important thing to do is to 'spot' or figure out that you're BEGINNING to get yourself worked up, and then take a 'timeout' to calm yourself down.

After a while, you'll be able to find your 'triggers'--those things, situations and people who set you off--and stay away from them (or walk away from them) when they get you into an angry fit.

Excusing yourself to walk around the block is an excellent idea. Once you master removing yourself from the situation, it's time to work on substituting pleasant thoughts and natural self control like deep breathing to make yourself happy.

It works, too!

maybe you need to see a therapist, and see where the anger is coming from? it could be a chemical imbalance in your brain that makes you get out of control.

you try to recognize sooner that you are getting angry. the sooner you recognize it, the sooner you can stop yourself from doing something you know you'll regret. thinking back, can you remember any "warning signs," anything you feel that's unusual, that you feel before you get really angry?
