You know, lately I've had the urge to cry for no reason whatsoever. I guess we can chalk it up to those wonderful hormones we have. Golly gee, being a woman is just spectacular sometimes. LOL. :)

Do you have other symptoms of depression? i.e. trouble sleeping, anxiety, loss of interest in activities, feelings of being disconnected? If not, you might just be emotional. Crying is a great way to release tension. Sometimes, if I go too long without a little cry I feel tense. Crying every now and then is healthy. Maybe something is bothering you that you haven't confronted yet. Are you havng weird dreams? Do some soul searching and look at some different areas in your life. You need to identify if this is related to depression, latent anxiety, unfufilled desires etc..or if you are just releasing some emotion.

PMS or not if you need to cry then just let it out and get it all out at once and who really cares what others say or think it will make you feel better in the end, so go ahead let the tears flow!

in line with probability you're basically dealing with a tense time. some human beings react to frustration and stress in distinctive techniques. Crying is meant to be some form of launch of emotion (or so i'm advised) so do no longer think of that it is ordinary. And, do no longer subject, from previous adventure i will inform you that conserving issues bottled up isn't a good suggestion. once you're apprehensive, nevertheless, there are straightforward techniques of coping with stress. no longer precisely particular what they're, yet speaking to human beings (no count how unbelievably awkward that's) does help :]

Crying is actually one of the best ways to feel better. It releases something that makes you feel kinda sleepy and relaxed. And for the sudden urge to so so it could mean a couple different things..Hormones, "PMS", Stress exc. But just let it out and cry as much as you can! I hope ya feel better :)

Have you been getting enough sleep? Lack of sleep over the period of several days can insite that kind of feeling - sometimes laughter for no reason - or tears for no reason - or little reason. When we are tired so is are emotions.
One time I cried and cried for no reason for weeks...turns out? It WAS a hormone imbalance. Hate to say that - but sometimes it is true. Pills helped me get back on track.
And sometimes just too much real stuff to carry - and not one of those things - but everything in general makes the tears come.
Feel better(((hugs)))

Don't worry, this happens to like every girl. You're just pmsing. I get that stupid feeling, too. Once my mom was in my room (and I was happy, cuz I love my mom) then she said "ok im gonna go now" and i started to burst into tears. She's just laughing and i felt so stupid so i started to laugh too
It was a wreck of emotionalissism.

emotions can be very strong sometimes even though we try our hardest to control them. once in a while we get sad and the tears need to flow. let them come out, its cool to be sad sometimes. thats what makes us human.

you could chalk it up to PMS which is the case most of the time. either that or you have some unresolved issues that you've been trying not to think about. let it all out, you'll feel much better no matter what :)
