When playing chess, if there is 2 knights next to each other...and a horse that can kill them...can the horse "skip double?"

If you are asking if the Knight can take two pieces at once, the answer is no, no piece can do that in chess.

Definitly not. A knight can never "skip double". They can only move their normal L-shaped movement.
