I can't believe it! What ever happened to unconditional love for children? I think I have an answer. Contact someone and ask them about child welfare services in Nassau County. You must do this because what your father and mother are doing to you is wrong! You can also ask a friend about who to contact, someone who can see to your well-being. Your parents are suppose to open their hearts and minds to you during this difficult time, not toss you out.

If you are fourteen years old you are a minor and your parents (mom) or (dad) regardless of which you live with can not kick you out. They are responsible for you until you turn eighteen years of age, or they can be held criminally liable for their actions... so chill and enjoy life at home while you still can, and if you are tellin the truth about the NO ALCOHOL, NO TOBACCO, NO DRUGS... they should be happy to have a kid like you around.

if you *really* can't patch things up with your parents, or suck it up for a few more years, the only thing you can do is call department of child and family services and complain about your parents. sorry, until you're 18, the law says all your money comes from your parents as long as you have parents. the only other choice is for you to become a foster child, and that way the state takes care of you. don't worry...there's a lot more to life as you'll find out in only 4 short years!

Try to get emancipated. You pretty much won't be able to get a job other than farm work until you are 16 so being self-sufficient is out of the question unless you plan on supporting yourself illegally which will catch up with you eventually.

You may want to try boarding school.

If you must I would try to be reasonable with your parents because it's a big world out here and you haven't finished School yet.

I would reconsider your move and stay and work things out, but prepare oneday to move out and be on your won when your good and ready. You have time to do this.

the only way your parent s can "kick you out" is to put you in foster care..you arent "100% independant" unless you have a JOB and live on your own, paying all bills.. no you cant live on welfare
