Assuming the woman in question remained in space for the duration of the pregnancy, I don't think the baby would survive...at the very least, it would have an extremely low birth weight, but I think that is just the tip of the iceberg...all in all, a bad idea till they develop reliable artificial gravity that can mimic earth's gravitational force.

Nobody knows for sure, but there is some evidence that a fetus cannot develop normally in weightless conditions.
