Yes, the bill that was passed before, still allowed for some forms of gambling on the Internet.

It would be nice if they could co;;collect it.The IRS cant collect the money owed from the people now. The last report was that the IRS only caught 3% of the cheaters so how are they going to collect from people on the Internet.
