I worked all day at the computer in the office and I have a huge ache between my shoulders and in my neck...I could really use a massage but do those thermo packs work too?

try taking a nice hot bath, then put the thermo pack on and you should feel pretty dam good lol :o)

Yes, honey, the thermo packs do work, but they aren't as good as I am.

NOTHING works better than my 2 hands, some good, warm oil, and you laying down naked, so i can work my mojo on you!

i usually do yoga when my back hurts!! im sorry, i never tried those kinds ♥ i wud geve u a massage if i wus there tho *smiles*

no i had to use them when i pulled a thigh muscle and they didn't work at all
