it has a sharp and flat on the same note? Also, when there are two dots (..) after a note, what does that mean? :)

In the example: of a natural sign followed by a sharp sign, or a natural sign followed by a flat sign, the combined sign signifies that a note previously sharped or flatted is FIRST RESTORED to its natural pitch on the staff and then sharped or flatted.

The double dots after a note or rest mean:
First dot: add half the rhythm count value of the note or rest
Second dots: add half the rhythm count value of the first dot for the complete rhythm count of that note or rest.
