Why was the original Vivian Banks (Janet Hubert) replaced by an other actress in The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air?

Cos she didn't get along with Will Smith.
She does theatre shows now that tour the US.

This is what I found for now:
Left "Fresh Prince of Bel-Air," (1990) because of contract issues. She was pregnant at the time
