there is a group of people, it's kind of a secret club, sort of like the mafia and the Nielsen ratings people.
Well, "they" get together 3 times a year and discuss every subject known to man (and women also).
"They" all come up with answers and sayings then put them in a hat and draw the winning phrase...
It's sort of like the Lottery.
Cuz "They " say so.

it depends if its a comercial for toothpaste then "they" most likely means a group of dentists if its a kid at your school saying "they" all have shoes he is either talking about your classmates or the general population people have this thing where we never are for sure if you say "they" like it its not pointing out a specific person or group so no one can go back and say "hey he/she didnt really say that" yea.. people are stange..

the people in my head....that is what my doctor said, he also said that the are bad, bad people. And that I should not listen to them when they say to do things. I did that once and, lets just say that the outcome was not that great.
