now the police are taking him to court for racist assault and the black nipper has got off scot free even tho it was all on camera outside the club!?

Your friend showed an underlying level of racism that most people have. That doesn't mean that he believes that all black people are bad in some way. Some people might even consider the word c*nt even more offensive, certainly the the TV people seem to. The N-word is on TV every night, but you can't say **** or ****, can you? Maybe the police should arrest television, at least that would be consistent. The cowardly little sh*t who started all this deserves a thorough kicking, regardless of his colour. He starts a fight, then goes crying to the police when he loses. What an inadequate!
It is a system which is, not completely crazy, but is open to abuse by our society's scumbags. The police are a completey amoral force, not a moral one. They just have to follow their rules. (I know they break them sometimes, of course). Your friend acted innapropriately. But it was nowhere near as innapropriate as the black gentleman's behaviour. Maybe the police involved in this should consider that fact.

He assaulted the guy! It wasn't self defence, it was revenge. Understandable, perhaps, but the court won't see it like that.

He racially abused him. Again, heat of the moment, but unacceptable. The reason it's unacceptable is that it uses the race / ethnicity as an insult, not a description.

The black guy should be charged with at least an assault. Get the club to check their cameras and see if they have caught the incident.

Your female pal will in no way experience which you will keep her secure. you're unlikely to remedy your problem on yahoo boards. this is super which you're writing approximately your thoughts (be at liberty to apply all caps), you are able to keep a diary, vent your anger on paper, yet maximum of all, get help. This rage does no longer disolve in a communicate communicate board.

get your mate to see a solicitor and get the other guy done for assault, it works both ways!

With video evidence, I think a solicitor will easily turn the case in your favour.

They have your mate bang to rights, no he shouldn't have got hit but it's every bit as wrong to hit back.

The racist comment is inexcusable.

Sounds like your friends in addition to being racists are liars. That said, I don't believe we should have "thought police" a crime is a crime regardless of why it was committed.
