Empty the 3-L pitcher.
Pour the 2L into the 3-L pitcher.
Refill the 5-L pitcher.
Finish filling the 3-L pitcher, leaving 4L in the5-L pitcher.
Empty the 3-L pitcher.
Fill the 3-L pitcher from the 5-L pitcher, leaving 1L in the 5-L pitcher.
