Well if you listened to the preview of next week's show Addison leaves seattle to go have a baby. My guess is it belongs to Alex or Mark and she is leaving because neither of them is a suitable father. This is were Taye Diggs comes in as the suitable man. I doubt the series will take off so it should only be a pilot episode and that is it.
As for Izze she could be pregnant too, but that was not a wedding dress she was wearing but a bridesmaid's dress, because Burke wants a big wedding. The question is will George be in it, and who will he be opposite Izzie or Callie?

The ABC hit medical drama "Grey's Anatomy" may be spun off into another show based in Los Angeles starring Kate Walsh and possibly called "Private Practice."
The show's creators are using a new method of introducing the spin-off. They are embedding the first episode of the new show into an episode of "Grey's," the Los Angeles Times reported Saturday.
The pilot of the spin-off, starring Walsh as the popular character Addison Montgomery, also will introduce new cast members Taye Diggs, Amy Brenneman, Merrin Dungey and Tim Daly.
Half of Thursday's episode of "Grey's Anatomy" will be a regular episode and the other half will establish the new show by sending Addison away from the show's Seattle hospital backdrop into Los Angeles.
Not much is known about the new show since the creator, Shonda Rhimes, has let very few plot details leak.

In a nutshell. Addison is going to be the star of the spin-off and the show is going to revolve around her life and stuff.
i honestly think it'll flop. and i want Addison to stay on Grey's Anatomy. I like her character on there!

I am not sure what to think. She is a middle-of-the-road character in Grey's and I am not sure she can carry a show. She seems to have a good supporting cast in the new venture, based on what I have read.

I think eventually Grey is going to die. Izzy is going to marry George, and Christina is going to blow off her and Burke's wedding for work and mcsteamy and Addison are going to go out and mcdreamy will become chief.

Sorry, I really don't think about it. I'm not so fond of Kate Walsh's character.
