Not right now......he was traded for a 4th round draft pick.

And the Raiders were happy to get it.

Would YOU be happy to trade the top receiver in the game for a 4th round draft pick?

I think not!

In terms of physical ability and interpreting it to the playing field yes he is. There a lot of guys who have physical ability but they come up short when it's time to put the pads on. I thing physically Moss still has it. I have read some of the post for this question. You're crazy if you think that at one point in his career Randy Moss wasn't the best WR in the NFL. Now for his personality, that's a different story.

The best WR, no. Can he be, yes. In the past he has clashed with coaches and made some bad choices. Look at Cory Dillon before the Patriots. He was a disgruntal with the Bengals. Moss can be a good for the Patriots. Don't be surprised if he does turn it around.

Though he isn't "the best" reciever in football, he (when given the right situation) is most definitely in the top five.

Well when he was with the vikings he was one of the best WR,
with Oakland he did not have a good QB to throw to him, with New England and now playing with Tom Brady you will see him get back to All Pro Form.

You are delusional if you are serious about this question...Steve Smith and Marvin Harrison are probably the best current WRs in the NFL...The Pats are my team, but lets not get carried away...

I don't think he ever was the best. Top 5 at one point but not anymore, not even a top 10 now.

I would have to say no. My vote goes to Torry Holt or Marvin Harrison.
