When he gets pregnant then he can carry it to term. It is the woman's decision and choice. In the meantime have you suggested birth control to HIM.

In the USA the husband has no legal rights regarding a woman's right to choose an abortion. Nor does he have the legal (as opposed to moral) right to be informed, contrary to what some think.

The husband does not have the legal right to choose an abortion, or to prevent his wife from so choosing. But he certainly has some moral rights in a family decision of this magnitude. If your friend deceives your husband in an important marital decision, she is on the road to being single again.

Roe vs. Wade made it her choice and her choice alone.
If he does not know she's pregnant, she can just do it and not tell him. If he already knows, I guess she will be telling him she had a miscarriage. And I assume she knows she needs to do it in the first trimester, because after that you won't find many doctors willing to do it.
I could never have an abortion myself, but legally this is all up to her. He would not be successful if he tried to stop her - again, Roe vs. Wade.

He has no rights. She can abort his baby even if he wants it. On the other hand, if he did not want kids and she got pregnant knowng this. he would be forced to pay for the kid even if she admitted that she lied about using birth control.
Men/fathers pretty much have no rights when it comes to this.

If the husband knows, he can petition for the right in court but may lose because it's her body and the law says, she decides.
