Whenever I type using whatever program from my pc, the insertion pointer keeps going back. Therefore, I have to constantly use my mouse and arrow keys to place the pointer at the end of the line to finish a sentence or a paragraph. Unfortunately, I spent over four hours with Microsoft Tech Support on the phone and online to no avail. I wonder if one of you could help identify the problem and eventually solve it. Thanks!

Could it be that the left arrow key has an intermittent connection?
A basic wired (instead of wireless) keyboard doesn't cost much.

No think about reporting it as they couldn't be traced. in simple terms ignore about it as they are going to at the starting up attempt to get you to position in a load of software that is trojans etcetra. Then they are going to charge you to get it wiped clean up. enormous undesirable scam.
