How often do you get 'carded'?

Question

Buying drinks, liquor, cigarettes, lotto tickets....etc.

More than you should? Less than you should?

Not often enough... they can I.D. me everytime they feel like it.. Makes me feel young..

I've only been carded twice, both in a liquor store. Once for buying alcohol, and once for buying a lottery ticket. They thought I was 16, but when I go out, I'm never carded. It might be the make-up and actually caring what I look like.

I do a couple times a month buying smokes, I am almost 30 and look it, so I do not know why they card me when my 10 year old is there yelling Mom, Mom. But I never get mad they are just doing their jobs.

The checkers at the store all know me, so they never card me. At a different place when they ID, I laugh and gladly show them my ID and they get all embarrassed and apologize. I say no problem, I hope to get carded next year...when I'm THIRTY FIVE.

I got carded for buying a freakin lighter at the gas station.

I think the last time I was carded at a bar was 2 years ago....Age 33...LOL

Not too often really, but if they do, I don't really care. They're just doing their job, and I have nothing to hide.
