I get called "scene" all the time. Not that it's a bad thing. But I have my hair to my chin in the front, and short and spiked in the back. It looks realllly good. Blonde and black hair always look good. Tight, straight legged jeans. Studded belts. Polka dots. Any shirt exclaiming things such as SUP I'M RAD or GUNS GO BANG BANG. Basically, you have to be obsessed with anything involving guns, murder, glamous, lust. Most are vain. Wearing bandanas head-band style or in the back pocket is also scene. You can find some stuff at Hot Topic or Heartcore clothing.

k just stay the way you are
cause scene is not only the way you look
theres more to it
and actual scene people would probably make fun of you
why not just become black?

if you really want to
just look at half the people on myspace

3 kids are walking down the street. They pass a trashcan and two of them kick it into the street and stomp on it. The third asks why they did it.
"We're punks." they answer.
So they walk down the street further and pass another trashcan. The third kid kicks the can into the street and stomps all over it. Then he says "I'm punk, too."
But they tell him "No, you're trendy."
